Hi,

If you only have those options in there, then there's some sort of Python
dependency error somewhere. This will prevent us from scanning for Python
package "entrypoints" that provide the SCM support (amongst other things --
authentication backends and extensions will also go missing).

What you'll want to do is open your reviewboard.log file (or check the
Apache error log) and look for anything saying "VersionConflict". This
should show what it's upset about. I can help provide the right resolution
once I know what it's showing.
