Hi Sebastian, If you hover over the thumbnail of the PDF, you will see a menu containing some options for working with the attachment. One of those allows you to download it.
If you install Power Pack <https://www.reviewboard.org/powerpack/>, clicking the thumbnail will take you to a page where you can view, navigate, and comment on the PDF, if you want to view it without downloading.
