Hi, There's no way to do this outside of doing it with some browser extension (such as one that lets you modify CSS). We can look into tweaking this on our end for future relleases.
You'll get a better development experience if you install RBTools <https://www.reviewboard.org/downloads/rbtools/>, the command line tool suite. It will handle creating the review request with the diff, taking care of the base directory for you, and working around the occasional subtle issue encountered with Subversion diffs.
