In ATLAS-616, we uncovered problems with Atlas web service when testing
queries at scale. The investigation revealed a fix possible with tuning some
GC parameters. Since this is environment specific, the fix in ATLAS-616 does
not make the GC values default, but only suggests them in documentation.
However, for HDP, we may want to default these settings in Ambari.
Opening this JIRA to track the changes.
