It points to the same path as the 3.0 docs at L131. We need either a different tree for 2.x vs. 3.x HTML docs, or to only have HTML docs for 3.x latest. The diff you have here moves us toward the latter. This also raises questions of procedure as it pertains to documenting future 2.x releases.
