I think this is because the build 7.3.2.20000-210 starts including RANGER-4445 that was not there in the build 7.3.1.600-337. So we need to include https://gerrit.cloudera.org/c/22712/ (IMPALA-13914: Revise configuration files of Ranger after RANGER-4445) in this chain of commits.
