IMPALA-14882 part3: Convert complex types to/from arrow
Convert batches containing complex types (array/list, map, struct)
between impala and arrow.
On Impala side, DescriptorTableBuilder had to be extended to support
STRUCT type properly. This required changes in other tests using this
feature.
