Also upgrades from apache HttpClient 4 to 5 to follow
Thrift.
There are some failing tests due to conflict between
0.24.0 and Hive's 0.16.0 Thrift
Also fix the Apache Hive build (banned jersey-server dep; HttpClient-5 test
split out).
