IMPALA-15465: Make TestWebPage::test_log_level execute serially TestWebPage::test_log_level calls /set_glog_level to raise impalad's verbosity to 3. That setting is process-wide, so while the test runs in the parallel suite, every concurrent query also runs with VLOG_ROW enabled. This can crash concurrent tests by exercising rarely used verbose-logging code, such as the DCHECK in IcebergBufferedDeleteSink::VLogBufferedRecords(). Mark test_log_level as execute_serially so its log level changes won't affect other tests in the parallel suite.
