IMPALA-1262: Report terminal HS2 cancellation as CANCELED_STATE Report typed cancellation as CANCELED_STATE after active retry resolution. Keep the internal ERROR state and diagnostics. Update Python helpers and add cancellation/retry regressions. Tests: C++/Java build, Python lint and 25 focused tests passed with Apache Hive 3.1.3 on 2e8fb1d8b7. Rebased unchanged onto 52c9ac2636, which only adds unrelated Iceberg DDL validation; native tests were not repeated after rebase.
