IMPALA-15452: Fix rendering of special characters in the Web UI Plan node labels on the query plan page and the fields of imported query profiles were added to the page as HTML, so values containing characters like '<' or '&' were displayed incorrectly. Add them as text instead. Testing: - Checked the modified scripts with values that contain special characters.
