Change subject: IMPALA-15491: Restore CDP_PARQUET_VERSION ...................................................................... IMPALA-15491: Restore CDP_PARQUET_VERSION CDP_PARQUET version was disabled temporarily, in IMPALA-14700, because the version wasn't high enough to support LZ4_RAW compression, and Impala used APACHE_PARQUET_VERSION instead. Now that CDP_PARQUET is a high enough version, it is re-enabled.
