Change subject: IMPALA-9107: Add toolchain maven cache to speed up maven builds ...................................................................... Patch Set 5: I'm getting cold feet about this being an actual repository. When someone populates their .m2 directory with artifacts from this cached repository, then if they switch to an older branch without this repo, it will have to reverify everything.
