Patch Set 15:

I'd prefer to not address that question in this patch because we'll just end up 
with another Catalog subclass and an instance of that inside the Analyzer's 
global state. To me that just makes things even more complicated.

One option is to leave out the Table cache altogether. The important change 
here is to remove the global table ids.
