Patch Set 2:

I'm not sure I agree with the premise of this patch.  Running the kudu-spark 
tests against a version of kudu-client in your .m2 is not a good thing.  The 
cached version in .m2 could be old, missing, or in any number of strange states 
since we build against snapshot versions.  I understand the sad state of the 
world with regards to running/testing a single submodule of a maven project, 
but I think this is going to cause more problems than it solves.
