[WIP][spark] - Java Spark API
DONT_BUILD
Currently, the Kudu Spark API is only supported for Scala. This
patch introduces Java compatibility for Spark. This will later
be useful for the creation of a Kudu pyspark API since py4j
will be used to wrap the library.
