That's a separate patch that's focused just disabling ports which aren't used 
anyway.  Most importantly, it disables the shutdown port of the Tomcat 
container.

I hope with https://gerrit.cloudera.org/#/c/20583/ addressing the issue with 
the test should be simpler: I guess it's suffice to instruct JVM to use IPv4 
stack for the networking.
