Please take a look at the Gerrit user guide's "Upload a new Patch Set" section [0] Also from the Jenkins logs [1] it seems that ':kudu-client:spotbugsMain' task is still failing. You can run the task locally and check the generated report to identify what the actual problem is. I recommend abandoning this change, fixing the spotbug issue and updating the previous change[2] with the fixes.
