Change subject: [WIP] KUDU-3657 - fix publishing ...................................................................... Patch Set 1: Tested in my build machine, I was able to publish for all modules. But do we want to keep the dependencies listed same as jars published in the previous versions? For example for kudu-client module, I see dependencies are not identical to what they were in 1.17.1.
