[build] Allow CLEAN_THIRDPARTY label in commit messages.
Allow a label in commit messages signaling that a clean build of
thirdparty is needed, since the commit is incompatible with
the current master version.
This will spare us from manually running workspace cleanup every time a
new revision of the commit is built.
Also, the DONT_BUILD label should not depend on git show tabulating the
commit message with exactly 4 spaces, and it should not scan the diff,
only the commit message.
