docs: add Flink replication guide
Add kudu_flink_replication.adoc covering the end-to-end operational
guide for the Flink-based replication job: overview, prerequisites,
security (Kerberos/Ranger), job lifecycle (start/stop/savepoint),
configuration reference, supported types, metrics, monitoring
(Prometheus + Grafana), schema change handling, resource sizing,
DR failover, and troubleshooting.
Includes a sequence diagram illustrating the full snapshot and
incremental diff scan flow.
The Monitoring section references the example stack introduced in
the companion change that adds examples/flink-replication/.
