KUDU-3788 download-thirdparty.sh --> download-src.sh Since it's now possible to download not only the source archives of Kudu 3rd-party components but their pre-built artifacts as well, there is a bit of ambiguity in the name of the 'download-thirdparty.sh' script. This changelist attempts to bring more clarity in this regard, renaming the script into 'download-src.sh'. This changelist doesn't have any functional modifications.
