[experiments] don't link unused test libraries
It turns out the kudu_test_main and kudu_test_util libraries aren't
used by the binaries built under src/kudu/experiments. It's not a
problem to have them when linker tolerates that, but with the mold
linker an attempt to link them results in errors about duplicate
main() symbols. Let's drop useless libraries that lead to linkage
errors with the mold linker.
