@marmbrus Thanks again for the comments and changes. I shuffled the imports
and removed the additions to SQLContext. Also moved the insert examples to the
tests rather (they are not well tested so maybe a bit too experimental for the
"official" list of examples). Note that I had to do some small changes to the
SQLParser to parse the INSERT. It's again rebased and squashed, close to being
ready I think.
