Right now, there is still use of jblas in addition to breeze in the code
base and in APIs. In theory there are no more API changes before 1.0 now. This
seems pretty important to get sorted before the API freezes though, since it
theoretically can't change before 2.0 then. Or is this like a lot of stuff in
MLlib going to be marked as not-stable-yet?
