Hey @mateiz @willb @andrewor14 @mengxr,
I've been trying to investigate a bunch of Jenkins failures in other pull
requests and I believe they might be a result of this patch being merged in.
I've reverted this patch in master as the next step. Tomorrow we can see if
this fixes the issues. If it doesn't apologies for the false warning. Note that
this means this pull request will need to be re-opened.
