@andrewor14 Thanks! I got the idea. Although we can not guarantee that an
app with `.inprogress` extension must be in progressing, we can be very sure
that an app with `.abnormal` extension must be in abnormal status, even it only
covers part of abnormal cases.
I understood your meaning and agreed with you, so I don't have strong
option towards adding new`.abnormal` extension. If you still think we shouldn't
do it, I can just rename `.inprogress` log to normal log file in the
shutdownhook.
