If the only problem is https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/master/sql/core/src/main/scala/org/apache/spark/sql/SparkSession.scala#L947 Can we just register it only once? The listener watches the `SparkListenerApplicationEnd`, which can happen only once for a Spark application.
