I see, only concern for me is that if we enforce this setting in mesos
coarse
Grain mode, then all existing users with most likely see a decrease of
performance given there are less executors launched than before.
If spark.executor.cores is an optional setting than I am fine using it for
now and let users specify how many executors they like to launch per slave in
coarse grain mode.
