One way to fix is to update `UnresolvedTable` as follow:
```scala
case class ResolvedTable(catalog: TableCatalog, identifier: Identifier,
table: Table)
extends LeafNode {
override lazy val output: Seq[Attribute] = table.schema().toAttributes
}
```
