Review comment:
       For Hive tables generated by `STORED AS` syntax, Spark converts them to 
data source tables on the fly because `spark.sql.hive.convertMetastoreParquet` 
is `true` by default. It's the same for ORC. For ORC, we have 
`spark.sql.hive.convertMetastoreOrc`.
