### What changes were proposed in this pull request? In the PR, I propose to add new expression `RegExpCount` as a runtime replaceable expression. ### Why are the changes needed? To make the migration process from other systems to Spark SQL easier, and achieve feature parity to such systems. For example, ... supports the `REGEXP_COUNT` function, see .... ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. ### How was this patch tested?
