Review Comment:
   Are there any downsides of rewriting `DynamicPruningSubquery` into 
`DynamicPruningExpression` directly instead of relying on other rules like 
`PlanDynamicPruningFilters` and `PlanAdaptiveDynamicPruningFilters`? I see some 
special branches for exchange reuse in those rules that would not apply now.
