Review Comment:
We could that do that but I think these tests better belong to the
`KafkaSourceProviderSuite` than the `KafkaMicroBatchSourceSuite` since that
test suite contains more of the test suites which are testing the different
options and this is primarily introducing new options which we intend to test.
