### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR deduplicates the following classes: - `org.apache.spark.sql.SaveMode` - `org.apache.spark.api.java.function.FlatMapGroupsWithStateFunction` - `org.apache.spark.api.java.function.MapGroupsWithStateFunction` - `org.apache.spark.sql.streaming.GroupState` These classes were all duplicates in the Scala Client. I have moved the original versions to `sql/api` and I removed the connect equivalents. ### Why are the changes needed?
