   JARS_TO_DISTRIBUTE = ConfigBuilder("spark.yarn.dist.jars")
   SPARK_JARS = ConfigBuilder("spark.yarn.jars")
   
   So, most user-related jars come from `JARS_TO_DISTRIBUTE`.
