After PR [[SPARK-44945][DOCS][PYTHON] Automate PySpark error class documentation](https://github.com/apache/spark/pull/42658), `errors.rst` file will be automatically generated during document build process. <img width="535" alt="image" src="https://github.com/apache/spark/assets/15246973/f6048e2e-7fc8-4930-9c11-767ccbfa1c68";> Add the file `python/docs/source/development/errors.rst` to git ignore. ### Why are the changes needed? To avoid developers from accidentally adding those files when working on docs. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. ### How was this patch tested?
