### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Problem: Concurrent `CREATE TABLE ... AS SELECT FROM ... IF NOT EXISTS` commands result in `TableAlreadyExistsError`. Expected behavior is it should do nothing. Fix: Add a try-catch handling for this for condition. ### Why are the changes needed?
