### What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR proposes to add the Scala 2.13 build of Apache Spark 3.5.6 to docker registry ### Why are the changes needed? To provide a docker image of Apache Spark 3.5.6 built for Scala 2.13. This offers a user migration path 3.5.6/2.12 -> 3.5.6/2.13 -> 4.0.0/2.13 ### Does this PR introduce any user-facing change?
