We can support env vars to ignore the check, but for GHA, we can't easily provide that env var right? How about moving this check to lint task? So all the java/python related tests can still run and only the lint task is blocked - PMC can merge a PR with CI failures already and they can be more confident because all the functional tests passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
