For the record, this PR comes from the ASF Infra team. Since Apache Spark community is not using `"release/*` and `rel/*` pattern, I close this PR as `Invalid` according to the guideline of the PR description. > Note that ~DEFAULT_BRANCH is a GitHub symbolic link to the current default branch (HEAD) of the repository and does not need changing.
