@MaxGekk Addressed the review comments: the TIME (de)serialization arm now uses TimeFormatter.getFractionFormatter() so sub-second precision round-trips losslessly, added a sub-second min/max round-trip test in StatisticsCollectionSuite, and reworded the selectivity comment.
