Thanks. Clearing the static cache alone is still racy: `shutdownNow()` does
not await an in-flight renewal, so an old manager could rediscover providers
for the next lifecycle.
Discovery is also classloader-scoped, not strictly JVM-scoped, since it uses
the thread context classloader.
Per-manager cost is negligible today: one `ServiceLoader` scan and provider
set per sequential `SparkContext`, with no concurrent duplicate pools. We can
revisit server-scoped ownership if Connect later creates managers per session.
Therefore, I prefer keeping the current design.
