**Experiment, do not merge.** Moves the behavioral e2e cargo tests out of the parity job into their own `connect-e2e` job with a dedicated Connect server, so the parity gate runs against a server nothing else touched. **Question:** same as #-A - does the arrow-UDF parity hang (SPARK-59032) disappear when the parity server is never shared with e2e? - Green -> sharing the server with e2e provoked the hang. - Still hangs -> intrinsic to the parity run (consistent with the client-side HTTP/2 window fix in #58).
