`.isaac/config.json` holds local Isaac/code-sync scratch state
(`{"sync_reminder_last_shown": ...}`), not project code. It was committed by
mistake in `9d01795` and doesn't belong in the repo. This removes it and adds
`.isaac/` to `.gitignore` so it can't be re-added.
