Removing the eager UNSUPPORTED_DATA_TYPE_FOR_ARROW_CONVERSION reject in LocalDataToArrowConversion / ArrowTableToRowsConversion also opens pandas/Arrow UDF value paths. The class docstring no longer lists them as unsupported, and the parity suite still skips only the classic Py4J UDF tests.
