Confirmed in the pinned head: the parse_sql-specific batch grammar and
malformed-compound recovery layer are gone, and parse_sql now reuses the shared
positioned SqlStatementSplitter path. The earlier grammar-boundary findings
therefore no longer apply to this revision.
