Hi @dongjoon-hyun, Could you please take a look at this PR when you have a moment? @sunchao previously reviewed and validated the changes. All review feedback has been fully resolved (including moving the proxyBase property cleanup before `clearActiveContext()` in `SparkContext.stop()`), and all CI tests are passing green. The PR currently targets `branch-4.0`. We would like this fix to land in `master` (and `branch-4.1`) as well—either via the committer merge script or via separate PRs, whichever you prefer.
