Thanks for the review. Created [SPARK-59512](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-59512), linked it in the description, and added the Jira ID to the title. I also clarified that re-parsing the same cached or reused schema dictionary triggers the AssertionError and that the regression test verifies the dictionary remains unchanged.
