This PR aims to exclude the PMD `GodClass` rule and remove the two
`@SuppressWarnings("PMD.GodClass")` annotations that are no longer needed.

`GodClass` is a heuristic metric rule that fires on legitimate utility and
factory classes. The other design-category metric rules (`CognitiveComplexity`,
`CyclomaticComplexity`, `NPathComplexity`, `TooManyMethods`) are already
excluded, so this keeps the ruleset consistent and avoids scattering per-class
suppressions.
